With our uncapped incentive there is an opportunity for staff to earn OTE significantly beyond their basic. Everyone who works for the company from day #1 is entitled and able to access the incentive with multiple staff already earning more per annum through this scheme to supplement their headline wages.

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year with OTE £40,000 per annum

Note: 100% in-office work; no hybrid working offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Claims Handling: Take first notification of new claims from clients and working partners. Regularly update clients and working partners on claim progress.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time commitment with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Build strong rapport both internally and externally.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize your workload effectively.
