Pay: £25,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year Job description: With our uncapped incentive there is an opportunity for staff to earn OTE significantly beyond their basic. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service experiences. Claims Handling: Take first notification of new claims from clients and working partners. Regularly update clients and working partners on claim progress. Qualifications: Full-time commitment with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
