Job Details:
- Salary: £22,435 to £23,221 actual (£26,000 to £26,911 FTE)
- Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year (Term time plus training days)
We are seeking to appoint an Internal Reflection Room & Re-Focus Centre Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of the day-to-day function of the Internal Reflection Room and work closely alongside the Internal Reflection Supervisor. The academy Reflection Room is an internal isolation area for students who have disrupted school/learning. The room is designed as a behaviour management tool but also in part designed to support students to reflect on their behaviour and prevent further isolation periods in the future. The successful candidate will also create and deliver specific interventions to small groups of students in the Re-Focus Centre. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to ensure the highest delivery of service. The successful candidate will join an exceptional Pastoral team.
The leadership of the academy is completely determined to create an environment in which staff can be the best they can be within their role. In addition to this, staff are trusted to be professionals through:
