William Hulme’s Grammar School (WHGS) is seeking a proactive Caretaker on a permanent, full-time basis to join our Premises and Site Team. The role covers opening and securing buildings, CCTV and alarm monitoring, and supporting maintenance tasks to keep the site safe and welcoming.
You will coordinate with colleagues, contractors and external users, help prepare facilities for assemblies, events and exams, and support the busy lettings programme while ensuring high standards across the site.
