About the role
You will be leading the programme and responsible for all aspects of its design and delivery. You will be the go-to person about all things teaching assistants and you’ll always want to make something that you did today, better tomorrow. You’ll lead the way by being the expert, using an evidence-based approach and have bags of professional curiosity.
What you’ll be doing
This role is all about using your vast experience in schools to help support staff grow through providing exceptional apprenticeship training to schools. We welcome applications from experienced apprenticeship tutors.
Role requirements
- Must have: Occupationally competent evidenced by a Level 3 qualification or higher, work experience, or experience of the delivery and assessment.
- Work experience should be above 3 years.
- Hold Level 2 English and maths qualifications, GCSE, A Level or Functional Skills L2.
- Hold a degree in relevant subject area.
- Hold a teaching qualification (PGCE, AET, CET, DET, DiT or equivalent).
- Hold an assessor qualification (A1, D32/D33, CAVA, TAQA).
- Hold an IQA qualification (V1, TAQA L4).
- Hold QTS or QTLS.
