The role involves part-time and full-time working hours, with a requirement that term-times and training days are covered. We seek an HR Administrator to assist the Cluster HR Manager and Cluster HR Officer in providing day-to-day HR administrative support to the academy. Responsibilities include:
- Processing starters and leavers
- Inductions
- Exit interviews
- Management reporting
- Maternity, paternity, and absence management
- Keeping the HR database up to date and accurate in terms of payroll and personnel information
Flexibility is essential within this role, with opportunities to travel to other academies within the Northamptonshire Cluster and participate in regional HR team meetings. This is an outstanding opportunity for an established or aspiring HR professional seeking an exciting, challenging, and highly rewarding role within our thriving Northamptonshire Schools cluster.
About You: You will ideally have experience within an HR environment, outstanding administrative skills, and a desire to attain the highest possible standards in your work. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative, and confidence in providing first-line advice to employees are essential. You should be able to prioritise your workload effectively, possess excellent communication and IT skills, and exercise discretion and confidentiality in your role. A minimum of a CIPD level 3 qualification is required, although we are willing to train the right person through the United Learning apprenticeship route.
