We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team as soon as possible. This role involves supporting the Cluster HR Manager with daily HR administrative tasks, including processing starters and leavers, inductions, probation, management reporting, maternity, paternity, and absence management, and maintaining accurate HR database records related to payroll and personnel information. Flexibility is essential, and there will be opportunities to travel to other academies within the Midlands Cluster and participate in regional HR team meetings.

Effective workload prioritisation, strong communication, IT skills, and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality are essential.
