The role of Cluster HR Administrator involves a wide range of HR administrative duties including but not limited to recruitment, safeguarding checks, absence management, and payroll administration. The role will ensure the smooth running of the HR administrative processes by contributing to excellent communication with all relevant cluster stakeholders.
You will have a friendly and polite manner and will enjoy the opportunity to engage with staff across the four schools. Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential in support of building excellent relationships with staff at all levels, whilst always ensuring that safeguarding practices for a safer workforce are consistently applied and monitored. You will have the ability to input data accurately as well as to produce reports for the senior leadership team and governors as needed.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that is hard-working and close-knit with a shared mission of providing excellence to the schools that it serves.
