We’re looking for a detail-driven and strategic Apprenticeships Manager to oversee operations, manage quality, and ensure our learners have the best possible experience. You’ll lead delivery teams, maintain compliance, and drive continual improvement across our growing national provision.

About the role
Apprenticeships are a crucial part of our recruitment, retention, and development strategy. We have been an accredited provider since 2021, with our first cohorts completing their programmes in 2022/23. We aim to be the provider of choice in the education sector; delivering excellent quality apprenticeship training, tailored to colleagues in educational and business support roles in schools, nurseries, and other settings.
As our Apprenticeships Manager, you’ll take the lead in running our daily operations, ensuring all programmes meet Ofsted, DfE, and internal quality expectations. You’ll work across curriculum, compliance, digital systems, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring, all while leading and supporting an excellent team of delivery staff.
You’ll play a key role in helping us grow responsibly, sustain high achievement rates, and set the standard for quality in school-based apprenticeships.
Duties/responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery team across all apprenticeship programmes
- Monitoring learner progress, achievement, retention, and satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with funding rules and managing audit readiness
- Using data to identify risk, drive improvement, and inform decision-making
- Managing and supporting delivery staff through line management, coaching, and CPD
- Acting as a key point of contact for learners, employers, and awarding bodies
- Driving performance through digital systems including PICS and OneFile
- Collaborating with marketing and recruitment colleagues to align messaging and growth plans
Role requirements
- Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (GCSE, A Level, or Functional Skills L2)
- Teaching qualification
- Business management qualification at level 5 or higher
- TAQA Level 3 and 4 qualifications
