Overview
An Administration Apprentice at the Teaching School Hub will support the Administration and TSH Team, reporting directly to the TSH Director.
The role offers valuable experience across administration, customer service, and social media, with the potential to progress into a full‑time role in school support administration or marketing/media positions.
Training is provided in all areas, and the successful candidate will work on the TSH website, newsletters, and event planning.
Responsibilities
- Assist the current TSH Administration Team and learn all aspects of administration in a busy environment.
- Maintain the TSH website and social media platforms, updating content as required.
- Collate information for the TSH newsletter (training will be provided).
- Support general administrative tasks such as record keeping, answering the phone, handling emails and performing mail merges.
- Help plan and run TSH events, including Early Career Teachers conferences.
