Edu Global Connect (EGC), a sister company of United Language Centre, is expanding its academic programmes and looking for dedicated part-time or freelance teachers to join our growing team to deliver WIDA-aligned academic programmes to students preparing for international school entry and academic success. This is a part-time role, ideal for educators who are passionate about working with children from multicultural backgrounds and who understand the importance of language and academic readiness in international education.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach WIDA-aligned classes focusing on Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing
- Support students aged 6–14 from international or bilingual school backgrounds
- Prepare and deliver lessons that align with WIDA standards and assessments
- Provide student feedback and progress tracking
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and academic team on programme goals
Requirements
- Background in education, linguistics, TESOL, or related fields
- Familiarity with WIDA standards or ESL teaching in international school contexts preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children (ages 6–14)
- Committed, responsible, and able to communicate clearly with parents and team
- Available during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends as needed
