We are continuously developing new programmes and initiatives to support working professionals in improving their communication skills.

Support programme coordination and front desk operations in a part-time hybrid role at ULC, assisting with programme communication, schedule planning, customer service, and team collaboration to enhance programme delivery and student experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support planning of classes, activities, and events to ensure smooth programme execution.
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communication to maintain efficient programme operations.
  • Follow up with enquiries and onboard participants to facilitate seamless enrolment.
  • Support outreach and basic business development initiatives to promote programmes.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in programme experience and delivery.
  • Provide front desk support during evening sessions to assist students and manage enquiries.
  • Manage student check-in processes to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to support smooth class operations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in programme coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and team members.
