Purpose of the Role
The Internal Sales Representative will be based at our Warrington site, selling products related to the road surfacing sector. Your client base will cover the North West, and you will be responsible for managing existing accounts by telephone, with occasional external visit support as required. In addition to maintaining relationships, you will generate new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the growth of the business in your assigned territory. Main Responsibilities
As Internal Sales Representative you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with existing and lapsed accounts. You will identify opportunities by understanding your client's business objectives, trends, peaks and troughs and provide solutions. You will be a first point of contact for inbound sales leads, follow up with outbound calls and make outbound telesales calls while maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) database. This role offers outstanding career development opportunities to move into a field-based sales role by collaborating with the Sales team and assisting in developing Marketing & Sales strategies.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in any sales-related field (previous internal sales experience is a plus), with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is also well suited to commercially aware graduates with placement experience who are looking to build a solid, long-term career in sales, with plenty of opportunities for advancement. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and, ideally, have experience with CRM software.
Profile

- A salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
