Care Concern Group is recruiting a Head of Health & Safety to lead the safety function across its national portfolio of over 200 care services. The role is home-based with regular UK-wide travel and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
You will develop and deliver the H&S strategy, maintain effective systems, and provide assurance to the executive team and Board on performance and risk management. You will lead and develop the H&S team and drive practical improvements across our homes.
