As Head Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for:
- Leading in the front-of-house team, supervising waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Warmly welcoming guests and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Overseeing order accuracy and timely service, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
