Field‑based role supporting a portfolio of newly commissioning and lease‑up care homes across the UK. You will lead the sales and marketing strategy for the first 12‑18 months of each home, ensuring strong enquiry pipelines, exceptional customer journeys, and full occupancy. We are looking for a commercially driven, high‑energy sales & marketing leader to take ownership of our newest care homes across the UK – from pre‑opening through to full occupancy. If you thrive on hitting targets, love being in the field, and want to play a pivotal role in shaping brand‑new services, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own occupancy performance across commissioning homes and deliver against ambitious commercial targets.
  • Lead pre‑opening and post‑opening marketing strategies to generate and convert enquiries.
  • Coach and line‑manage on‑site sales teams, building capability and accountability.
  • Drive excellence across the customer journey from first enquiry to move‑in.
  • Use CRM data, insights, and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities and optimise conversion.
  • Activate and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, PPC, print, PR).
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure high‑quality, consistent brand execution.
  • Plan and deliver events, launches, and community engagement activity.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities within local markets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, providing regular performance insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • Leadership experience managing sales teams and delivering commercial results.
  • Strong sales‑driven mindset; motivated by targets, performance and bonus potential.
  • Background in a customer‑focused service industry (care experience is a plus, not essential).
  • Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue or equivalent KPIs.
  • Experience in marketing activation, measurement and optimisation.
  • Confidence working with data, CRM systems and campaign analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you build trust quickly and influence effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK with regular overnight stays.

Contract

£50,000 base salary + up to 40% performance bonus (designed to reward high achievers) + company pension + generous holiday allowance + laptop & mobile phone.
