We are looking for a charismatic and attentive
Cocktail Waitress to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced bar
or lounge environment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about
cocktails and beverages, able to multitask, and committed to creating a
welcoming, upscale guest experience.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly, presenting
    menus and making drink recommendations.
  • Take accurate drink and food orders and relay
    them to the bar and kitchen staff.
  • Serve beverages and light bites efficiently and
    with flair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized section,
    ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly.
  • Handle payments accurately and process
    transactions using a POS system.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any
    issues or requests professionally.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol
    service regulations.
  • Stay informed about current menu items,
    seasonal specials, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or bar
    service preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary
    cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for
    extended periods.
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and a high
    standard of personal presentation.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and
    holidays as needed.
  • Experience in high-end or high-volume venues.
