  • A Full Driving Licence: Your reliable car will be essential as you embark on property visits and client meetings.
  • Ideally, 1 Year’s+ Experience: If you’ve already spent time honing your sales negotiation skills, we want to hear from you! However, we’re also open to candidates with experience in customer-facing industries focusing on relationship building and closing deals.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating within a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences to our valued clients and customers.
  • Maintaining regular contact with a database of potential buyers, ensuring personalized attention and tailored offerings.
  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings, using your expertise to provide sellers with valuable feedback.
  • Facilitating offers and skillfully negotiating between sellers and buyers, achieving agreements that meet both parties' needs.
  • Managing the sales process from initial offer to the exciting moment of exchange and completion.
  • Identifying and exploring additional business opportunities that contribute to our agency's growth.

What We Offer:

  • Working Hours: Embrace a work-life balance with a schedule from 9 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm on Fridays, and every other Saturday from 9:30 am to 4 pm (with a lieu day provided after Saturday shifts).
  • Financial Perks: Enjoy a generous £3,000 car allowance and a £500 fuel allowance.
  • Lucrative Commission: 6% commission if sale is yours, 3-4% if colleagues sell your listing.
  • High Earnings Potential: A total salary, including commission, of approximately £60,000+ is well within your reach.

Your Location:

Living within a 45-minute drive of Winchmore Hill N21 is a prerequisite for this role. Additionally, having daily access to a car is essential.
