- Working Hours: Embrace a work-life balance with a schedule from 9 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm on Fridays, and every other Saturday from 9:30 am to 4 pm (with a lieu day provided after Saturday shifts).
- Financial Perks: Enjoy a generous £3,000 car allowance and a £500 fuel allowance.
- Lucrative Commission: 6% commission if the sale is yours, 3-4% if colleagues sell your listing.
