Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple complex product and platform teams
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues and dependencies
  • Optimise delivery flow by identifying and removing systemic blockers
  • Coach and mentor Delivery Managers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Shape and tailor Agile delivery approaches to suit context and complexity
  • Influence senior stakeholders to improve delivery confidence and outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, performance and capability
  • Support governance of platform technical health, reliability and sustainability

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams in complex, high-risk digital environments
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks and competing priorities
  • Evidence of improving delivery performance or flow (e.g. removing blockers, improving throughput, stabilising services)
  • Strong experience coaching and developing Delivery Managers and teams
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage difficult delivery trade-offs
  • Strong organisational judgement and decision-making capability
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, high-pressure or ambiguous environments
