Overview
In this role, you will oversee delivery across the Data Platform Services portfolio, driving clarity and performance while removing blockers.
You’ll work with POD leads, Delivery Leads and stakeholders to uphold delivery standards and foster continuous improvement.
You’ll manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment, applying Agile approaches to deliver high-quality digital services for the UK tax system.
This is a chance to influence governance, metrics, and collaboration across CDIO groups and customers, shaping data-driven government delivery.

Responsibilities
- Maintain oversight of delivery across a defined portfolio with clear reporting
- Support and improve the DPS governance framework and project lifecycle
- Provide delivery assurance and support recovery when projects deviate from plan
- Balance multi-delivery progress and identify interdependencies
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and emerging trends and mitigate them
- Contribute to DPS Delivery Standards and lifecycle implementation
- Collaborate with Data Portfolio and CDIO groups to keep stakeholders informed
- Support roadmap and dependency mapping with Senior Agile Delivery Manager
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile and delivery management practices
- Engage with stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes

- Experience developing and strengthening governance frameworks
- Proven delivery management using Agile techniques
