Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overarching Enterprise Operations Architecture Strategy
- Govern reference architectures to steer technology decisions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives
- Contribute to solution design and maximise value from technology investments
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement across a complex IT landscape
- Influence policy and shape technical direction for the Enterprise Operations estate
- Provide architectural leadership across enterprise platforms supporting operational functions
Key requirements
- Senior Enterprise Architect experience in complex IT/digital environments
- Enterprise-level perspective with customer focus
- Proven ability to apply architecture principles, standards and frameworks
- Strong technical foundations with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience with governance models and architecture governance
- Experience in architecting systems for Enterprise Operation services (workforce, learning, HR, finance)
