You will own the content and its quality throughout a user’s journey and be experienced in using evidence, data and research to back up your decisions. Key Responsibilities· Be responsible for content quality as the content lead within your project or service, working within multidisciplinary teams.· Develop and contribute to content strategies to help digital services meet both business and user needs.· Lead on publishing guidance content to the GOV.UK website, building long-term relationships with stakeholders.· Initiate content improvements and influence decisions using data and evidence.· Champion accessibility and inclusion, making sure content meets WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements.· Scope, create and improve user-centred content based on user feedback, research and data.· Manage and support other content designers, sharing good practice to improve quality and consistency across content. · Engage with, and contribute to, the HMCTS and cross-government content design communities.
