b Overview /b p In this role you apply behavioural insights and data-driven evidence to improve tax compliance, financial decision-making, and customer experience. You lead evaluations of behavioural interventions and act as an internal consultant across policy, compliance, and operations. You design field trials, analyse quantitative data, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. You work across CUB and CXD to deliver shared priorities, shaping how HMRC helps customers.
