Overview
In this role you will lead and deliver Public & Personal Safety Training within the Immigration Enforcement Operational Training Academy.
You will design and quality-assure training, manage courses, liaise with internal and external partners, and support senior leadership.
The role involves travel nationwide to deliver training and uphold high professional standards.

Responsibilities
- Deliver training courses and manage course activity for the business
- Design, develop and standardise training programs and course materials
- Travel nationally to deliver training (overnights in hotels)
- Represent OTA and Immigration Enforcement with internal/external partners
- Support Senior Management Team within OTA
- Liaise with multiple partners and customers
- Cover other training delivery areas as required
- Complete mandatory CPD and trainer/officer pathways
- Carry out specialist workstreams such as project work and course development
- Key requirements
- PPST Level 3 trained and in ticket
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Excellent leadership and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of providing learning and development solutions
- Experience of delivering learning interventions for an organisation
