Responsibilities
- Maintain and deliver enhancements for HMRC's email and mobile messaging channels
- Define feature scope and prioritise backlog of user stories
- Engage stakeholders to gain buy-in for product vision and roadmap
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to align with service needs
- Gather user insights and conduct usability/testing with researchers
- Assess high-level options and financial case for development approaches
- Ensure accessibility standards in product design
- Participate in and contribute to Product Manager Community
Key requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale or complex digital products with governance and delivery oversight
- Experience managing supplier contracts and ensuring performance aligns with objectives
- Experienced in managing financial budgets
- Ability to identify service problems and drive evidence-based improvements
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills
