About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with other HRBPs, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and people leaders to support Infront’s growth. Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with operations in the UK, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands, supporting people leaders and local teams as a trusted adviser while taking a hands‑on approach to drive HR initiatives from strategy to execution. You will tackle challenges directly, implement solutions, and help make things happen in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and people leaders in the UK, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands, providing practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead the rollout of new people processes and frameworks, acting as process owner for performance, talent reviews, and engagement actions.
- Participate in strategic HR projects, including cross‑country initiatives and Compensation & Benefits projects, implementing solutions from strategy to execution.
- Translate HR strategy into repeatable, locally compliant processes, ensuring adherence to employment law.
- Collaborate with the CHRO and other HRBPs to shape HR initiatives and support organisational priorities.
- Build strong relationships across countries and functions, using people data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally supporting multi‑country operations.
- Proven experience scaling or transforming HR in a growing, multi‑country business.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and operational judgement, with the ability to build trust at all levels, collaborate across countries, and make practical decisions in evolving environments.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, and employee relations, handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law, with knowledge of the Netherlands and Nordic countries considered a strong advantage.
- Analytical, process‑oriented, resilient, and solution‑focused, thriving in fast‑paced, evolving organisations, and comfortable working with ambiguity, incomplete data, and evolving structures.
