Job Title: Rental Operations Agent
Salary: £27,324.00 plus commission
Hours: Full time, permanent, rotational shift pattern Monday – Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full rental experience from vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns.
- Provide excellent face‑to‑face customer service.
- Act as a brand ambassador – positively promoting our products and services.
- Work towards targets to increase productivity and sales.
What We Are Looking For
