Rental Return Agents are responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are returned in a timely and orderly manner, and that they are inspected and prepared for the next rental. This position involves interacting with customers, processing rental agreements and payments, and conducting vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers who are returning rental vehicles
  • Inspecting vehicles for any damages or issues and documenting them using the appropriate tools, along with assessing any necessary charges
  • Outlining and clarifying all final charges to customers, and collecting the rental agreement receipt signature
  • Providing assistance with directions and travel information
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are prepared for the next rental
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring that the rental car lot is organized and well-maintained
  • Ensuring that safety and security protocols are followed at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent level of education
  • Valid UK manual driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
