Sales Enablement Executive – Van Sales Location: Bathgate | Office-based

We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Executive to join our UK Van Sales team in Bathgate. Working closely with our UK Van Operations Manager and National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth, developing our prospect pipeline, coordinating marketing activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration, meeting coordination, sales materials and account documentation.
• Building and maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline, tracking opportunities and proactively following up with potential customers.
• Planning and coordinating marketing activities, including social media, PPC, SEO and targeted email campaigns to generate new business enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting to support sales forecasting and business planning.
• Coordinating the onboarding of new business accounts during their first three months, working closely with internal teams.
• Providing ongoing account support and building positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with great attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset and an interest in sales and business development.
• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or account coordination.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline management tools.
• Some knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, PPC or SEO.
• Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management or B2B environments.
