Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the optimisation process, focusing on distribution, pricing, segment management and demand management.
- Demand forecast management.
- Recommendation of pricing strategy and pricing tactics.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of revenue management processes and tools.
- Delivering high‑quality quantitative analysis to support own recommendations.
- Communicating and building relationships with key stakeholders in other departments.
- Supporting communication and reporting for the regional board.
Job Requirements:
- Degree‑level education, ideally in a business, science or economics subject.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Skill in analysing complex scenarios, solving problems, formulating recommendations and communicating them effectively to senior management.
- Strong communication skills: balanced speaking and listening in meetings, clear and simple idea presentation, confident representation of own views, regular sharing of information and ideas.
- Ability to complete work to a high level of accuracy and detail, maintaining focus, energy and effort under pressure.
- Planning and delivering; working hard to achieve or exceed targets and objectives, and prioritising work effectively.
