Department Overview: The FP&A Revenue Team is a centralised department that supports and advises on revenue forecasting and reporting for Avis and Budget car rental brands. Analysts work with data from internal and external sources to drive data‑driven decision‑making for stakeholders, communicating with other departments, gathering data, and managing tools and processes for high‑quality revenue reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue budgeting, forecasting and planning across two countries in Europe
- Own revenue month‑end related templates posted by accounting team
- Produce insightful monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards using QV, Tableau and PBCS to uncover risks, trends, and opportunities
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Prepare and attend forecasting review calls to challenge market performance and highlight improvement areas
- Partner with commercial teams to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the business
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders
- Analyse and forecast revenue‑related costs using PBCS
- Prepare and analyse SIP targets and actuals for the commercial team, working with HR, Commercial and finance representatives
Job Requirements:
- Degree level education, preferably in a business, science, or related subject
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills using BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau and PBCS
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to analyse complex scenarios, solve problems, formulate recommendations and communicate them effectively to senior management
- Effective communication skills, balancing speaking and listening in meetings, presenting ideas simply and clearly, confidently representing views, and regularly sharing information
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed work, maintain focus and energy under pressure, prioritise work and meet objectives
