The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing Talent & HR team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment process, helping to keep hiring activity well-coordinated, accurate and candidate-focused from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating interviews, room bookings, virtual meeting links and candidate communications
- Supporting the creation, posting and administration of job adverts and candidate responses
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking updates and hiring documentation
- Liaising with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and external agencies to arrange recruitment activity
- Preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates and onboarding information when required
- Providing a professional, inclusive and responsive experience for candidates throughout the process
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administration, HR support, recruitment coordination or a similar support role
- Is highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Communicates clearly and professionally with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders
- Takes pride in delivering accurate administration and a positive candidate experience
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with recruitment or HR systems
