UKAS are recruiting a Travel and Post Assessment Administrator to work within our Customer Services Team. This is a full-time role, with the option of hybrid working, based at our head office in Staines Upon Thames.
The Travel and Post Assessment Administrator provides administrative support to the accreditation sections and processes administration tasks defined by the accreditation cycle at a pace, quality and efficiency to exceed customer and internal expectations and KPIs.
As a Travel and Post Assessment Administrator, you will:
- Provide post-assessment administration, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide pre-scheduled assessment administration within the agreed timeframes, including WRAP creation and project updates.
- Book and confirm travel & hotel arrangements by the set requirements using the UKAS travel agent’s online tools.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have:
- Strong customer service ethos
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently
