About NT Sales
The Non-Theatrical department is a small team responsible for international licensing of group screenings outside cinemas and homes (hotels, hospitals, transportation, schools, film societies, etc.). The team also handles theatrical library screenings such as the BRIDGET JONES DIARY 25th anniversary re-issue and the 20th anniversary celebration of TOP GUN and other classic titles.
About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised coordinator to support our Non-Theatrical team at UIP. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional to gain experience in international film licensing within a leading global distributor.
What you’ll do:
- Manage screening approvals and customer requests
- Maintain databases and sales trackers
- Check film rights, availability and materials
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Prepare reports and analyse performance trends
- Assist with contracts, customer queries and relationships
About you:
- Good analytical skills gained from a relevant degree and/or work experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with data
- Strong communication and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to prioritise and work independently
- Professional and comfortable working in an international environment
