  • Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

United Infrastructure Utilities are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Director for our Energy & Water businesses.

Job Purpose

Lead sector-level commercial performance, translating divisional strategy into delivery across Water or Energy portfolios.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable for sector margin, cash, and risk performance
  • Own sector commercial strategy and client positioning
  • Approval of:
    • Bid strategies
    • Portfolio forecasts
    • Major commercial decisions
  • Senior client relationship ownership

Key Responsibilities

  • Challenge and approve HoC forecasts and CVRs
  • Drive improvement in margin and cost recovery
  • Manage sector-level commercial risks and disputes
  • Lead Heads of Commercial
