We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lofthouse, United Kingdom. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within our organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or degree in a construction/engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical information, including construction drawings and specifications.
  • CSCS card (Managers/Professionals level) is preferred.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
