Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an SHEQ Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead. While experience is a bonus, we are also looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us as a business.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a training and competency matrix for employees and contractors
  • Recording incident reports
  • Working hand in hand with your SHEQ Advisor
  • Updating monthly safety bulletins
  • Creation of Safety Passports and managing and updating
  • Assisting on company inductions
  • General Ad hoc Health and Safety Duties

This role would be working closely with our Health & Safety Adviser and keeping the relevant records up to date. General experience, or an interest in HSE, or maintaining RAMS, or near miss records would be desirable but not essential as full training and support can be given. You may also be required to attend site visits or client meetings – transport can be arranged for this.

Good communication skills and excellent time management skills are essential.

Hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
