We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis. In this vital role, you will make a real difference to the lives of our residents while developing your career in property services.

About the Role

As the key point of contact for residents, you will:

  • Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
  • Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.
  • Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.
  • Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.

Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your enthusiasm, initiative, and determination to have a positive impact.
