  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare draft meeting minutes and maintain the master tracker.
  • Collect and report weekly/monthly/quarterly data for project reporting.
  • Set up and maintain client, job and contract records.
  • File paper and electronic documents and maintain file controls.
  • Draft correspondence, proofread documents and assist with presentation preparation.
  • Maintain liaison with program and project management, stakeholders, clients, contractors and consultants on project administrative activities.
  • Assist other administrative support staff and teams as needed.
  • Perform various other administrative duties as assigned.
