About the Role
We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across South-West and West London. This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be part of a well-organised programme, delivering quality work in occupied properties while making a real difference to residents’ homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming
- Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish
- Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards
- Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines
- Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
- Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required
- Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
