United Infrastructure is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support our East London and Essex social infrastructure projects. You will be a visible, approachable point of contact for residents during refurbishment and safety works, explaining what to expect, coordinating appointments and keeping residents informed as works progress.

This hands-on role combines home visits, time on site and administration, requiring clear communication, empathy and strong organisational skills to manage.
