We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and hands-on Head of Quality & Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of GTEC’s quality framework and training product portfolio. This is not a traditional quality management role.
You will bridge quality and compliance, learner experience, product management and new product development. You will ensure our training remains consistently high-quality, compliant and technically current, while identifying and accelerating new products that respond to customer demand, emerging skills needs and commercial opportunities.
The role has a clear commercial mandate: protect existing revenue through robust quality and accreditation, generate incremental revenue by bringing new and improved products to market faster, and reduce external cost by building more quality and product capability in-house. We are looking for someone equally comfortable maintaining rigorous standards and awarding-body relationships as they are building business cases, challenging an existing portfolio and helping launch new propositions.
