We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Alltami, Mold. Reporting to the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations, statutory compliance, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and statutory checks.
- Coordinate and schedule routine inspections and testing, including fire safety checks, first aid provisions, and legionella testing.
- Ensure all compliance logs and certificates are up to date and filed correctly.
- Assist with health and safety audits and reporting.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Support internal and external communications as required.
- Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies.
- Various other administrative duties as assigned.
- Experience in an office administration role.
- Experience in office compliance and statutory checks.
- Liaise with landlord (waste, fire and meter readings).
- Operate in accordance to the premises management plan.
- Knowledge of fire safety, first aid, and legionella testing procedures.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with data.
- Must be a good time keeper.
- This job is a full-time role covering office hours from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- This is an office-based role working with the management team in Cryers Lane, Chester CH2.
