As part of the United Infrastructure Group, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of disrepair projects across our growing portfolio.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of social housing disrepair works.
You will manage operational teams, client relationships, programme delivery, and financial performance while ensuring an excellent service for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of social housing disrepair projects.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and support Site Managers, Supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Manage resident engagement and support the resolution of escalated issues.
- Produce accurate project reporting and maintain project records.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all projects.
Essential Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within the Social Housing sector
- Previous experience managing Disrepair projects (Essential)
- Strong understanding of disrepair legislation, processes, and contractual requirements
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Excellent client, stakeholder, and resident management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- SMSTS, CSCS and Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
