Our team of highly skilled and hardworking specialists deliver innovative solutions to the complex challenges our clients face.

Our company is split into two business areas:

  • Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
  • Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

United Infrastructure are currently looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join the business on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support within Workday, ensuring employee and candidate records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, including resolving system access issues, document submission queries, background checks, and start date amendments.
  • Monitor and track vacancy approval workflows, ensuring recruitment activities progress in line with business requirements.
  • Conduct candidate shortlisting and pre-screening interviews for entry-level and junior positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
