Due to sustained growth and increased workload—particularly within our AMP8 framework agreements—we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Liaison Manager with civils or utilities background.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales.
  • Liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates.
  • Making contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
  • Experience in a Planning role would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in a customer/3rd party liaison field.
  • Understanding of and experience in Stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Previous Highways authority experience would be advantageous but not essential.
