Responsive Repairs Operative (Social Housing)
We're looking for skilled Responsive Repairs Operatives to join our growing team in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across our social housing contracts.
Company Van & Fuel Card | 38k per annum plus chance to earn up to £600 Per Month Bonus
About You
- NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
- Experience within responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Full UK clean driving licence.
