  • Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
  • Social Infrastructure – Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Support client relationship management and engagement activities. Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility. Assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions.
  • PMO & Governance: Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools. Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation. Support governance processes across the project portfolio.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships. Monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps.
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director. Identify and resolve operational issues proactively. Contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and commercially aware.
