The Role

UI Power T&D is seeking an established Planner to join the team. In this role, you will report to the Lead Planner and work alongside an experienced delivery team. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and reporting project schedules while assisting in creating detailed schedules and maintaining planning control structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
  • Experience in scheduling
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong project management skills

Typical responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain resource loaded, logically linked detailed project programmes in Primavera P6.
  • Monitor and control planning activities throughout all project stages.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and third parties to maintain accurate programmes.
  • Prepare and distribute regular updates to project programmes and performance reports to support project delivery.
  • Experience of working under NEC contracts including conducting delay analysis, identifying project risks and change events.
  • Participate in schedule risk analysis as needed.
